Fitness programs and recommendations are not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for consulting with your physician or healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, physical limitation, are pregnant or recently postpartum, or have any other health concern.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or another concerning symptom while exercising, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention.
4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information regarding your health, fitness history, goals, and limitations.
Following the instructions provided by your healthcare professional when applicable.
Performing exercises using appropriate technique and equipment.
Exercising within your own physical abilities.
Communicating injuries, pain, health changes, or other relevant concerns to Built by J.
Following your personalized program responsibly.
Obtaining medical clearance when appropriate.
Built by J cannot guarantee that every exercise, recommendation, or program will be appropriate for every individual.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Individual fitness results vary.
Built by J does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, strength increases, changes in body composition, or achievement of a particular fitness goal.
Your results may depend on factors including consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, health, lifestyle, effort, and adherence to your program.
6. Services and Programs
The specific services included in each coaching package will be described at the time of purchase.
Built by J reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services when reasonably necessary.
Any material changes to a purchased service will be communicated to affected clients when appropriate.
7. Payments
Payment is required according to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout or before services begin.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Built by J or its designated payment processor to process applicable charges.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with your purchase where applicable.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Share your individualized program with others.
Upload or distribute proprietary materials publicly.
Use Built by J materials to create or operate a competing service.
Claim Built by J content as your own.
Written permission from Built by J is required for any other use.
